The CCMA Academy Lunch and Learn series is designed to support you with practical, real-world techniques you can apply straight away. Each session tackles a common leadership challenge giving you space to step back, reflect and strengthen how you lead in the moments that matter most.

These sessions are exclusive to CCMA members and are designed for operational leaders across contact centres, such as team leaders, managers, planners, quality and complaints leads, and senior operations roles.
