As your strategic training partner, we’re here to support you as you develop your contact centre teams. That’s why all our virtual courses are available as in-house training. What that means is, if there is a training course in the library that you’d like to put your team through, we can provide the course exclusively to you, on a date that works for you, either virtually or at your offices, at a discounted rate.

All of our courses are designed to build up skills at each level and give your employees a leg up to the next one. We can also help you put together career progression plans for individuals and build a personalised training and development plan made up of our virtual or bespoke courses.

We can deliver any of our Open Training Courses to a whole team of your people at a time. We can arrange to deliver the course onsite at your location exclusively for your team, or online. Whichever option you choose, the course will be delivered by the trainer who created it and who usually does the Open version of the course. We can even make amends to the course to tweak it for your vertical or add new elements that are specific to the way you operate.
