Events That Shape the Industry

As a CCMA member, you’ll enjoy access to a wide range of events designed to help you connect, learn and share. Many are exclusive to members, including best practice visits to award-winning contact centres, the CONNECT series hosted at member sites across the country, and CCMA Circles, member discussion sessions focused on real challenges and shared learning.

Alongside these, there’s a varied programme of webinars, online seminars and How To events, open to the wider industry. These sessions are designed to offer practical insight and support operational leaders, including those taking their first steps in adopting AI.

You can also take part in major industry gatherings such as the UK National Contact Centre Conference in London each autumn and CCMA summits in Manchester. These flagship events are included in CCMA membership and bring together leaders, practitioners, and partners from across the sector.
